The Canplas Endura 15 GPM Grease Interceptor is a compact, gravity-type interceptor designed to efficiently capture fats, oils, and grease (FOG) from kitchen and foodservice drainage systems before they enter the sewer. Constructed of durable engineered thermoplastic, it offers corrosion resistance, lightweight handling, and reliable performance for moderate grease loading in commercial applications.
